Chapter 13 bankruptcy involves the reorganization or consolidation of debt which allows a debtor or individual to pay off debt over a period of time. Chapter 13 is sometimes referred to as a wage earners bankruptcy. Under a structured plan, you make payments to the Chapter 13 Trustee who passes along those payments to your creditors.
Kenneth L. Walker, a native of Lexington, Tennessee, received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1976 and graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law in 1979. He entered practice with the firm of Barry & Walker in 1980. He began his focus on consumer bankruptcy in 1990 when he helped found the firm of Walker, Walker & Walker, PLC.

Don't trust these people. They don't inform you of their intentions and they make decisions behind your back. They caused me to have to dismiss a chapter 13 case that I had spent $8,998 dollars on by not doing their job, and using false information to inflate my income in order benefit monetarily. Don't use this law firm. they're not looking out for your best interest. Look else where.
