Our firm is located in Statesboro, Georgia, and was founded in 1983 by Marshall Thigpen. Russ Lanier joined the firm in 1988 and became a partner in 1990, Richard Deal joined the firm as a partner in 2006, and Kay Proctor became a partner in 2016 after working with the firm as a staff CPA for many years.
Our friendly and knowledgeable staff work with businesses, individuals, nonprofits, and local governments in need of tax, accounting, auditing, or consulting services. We work diligently with our clients, adjusting our services to best fit their needs. Our goal is to make their financial, accounting, and tax responsibilities easier to manage.
