Carmen & Mark Speers have opened their new salon at 2801 E Speedway Blvd in April of 2017. Working on photoshoots and fashion shows since 2001, and bringing positive change by participating in Southern Arizona Aids Foundation's Moda Provocateur, Arizona Theatre Company's Dudes, Dolls & Divas, and cut-a-thon's for Susan G. Komen's Race For The Cure is a direct reflection of the support we give to our community.

Mark is amazing and takes the time to listen, understand your hair, and help you achieve your hair dreams! I have been going to Mark for trims since I moved to Tucson and my hair has been at its healthiest for a while and we recently did an ombré and it was exactly what I was looking for. Great to support local small businesses in Tucson!

New to Tucson, I was happy to receive a glowing recommendation from a friend. I've been seeing him a little over a year save for when they closed due to COVID. He is a miracle worker at both cutting and coloring my hair.
Wonderful with highlights. He even helped me go from coloring to my natural white. Big change! During the pandemic, he and his wife, Carmen, have been terrific about appointments only. I have yet to see more than one client plus myself as they have scheduled to be sure clients feel safe

I love getting my hair done at C & M Hair Design. Mark has done my hair multiple times, and each time I love it more. He is very professional and has a lot of experience, and he really understands that hair is personal and different for everyone. After the first time Mark did my hair, I wanted a little more highlighting done, and he was happy to bring me back in to do it. He is really caring about each customer and wants to make sure you love your hair; he is also honest about what works best for your hair and the steps he takes to get the look you want. Mark does an excellent job every time ~

This Salon is Fantastic!!! They are All Very Nice and Courteous and are Amazing with Cuts & Styles. Mark is Awesome with my 7yr old Son, my Son has always had Long hair and when he decided he wanted it short Mark did an Excellent job making it exactly what my son wanted (and Mark saved his PonyTail for me too 🤘)
Joey just got his 2nd cut from Mark and he's even Happier with it than the first time.

C&M Hair Design is my go-to salon. Mark and Carmen run a friendly, welcoming and very professional business. They both have tons of experience and are really good at what they do. Mark does my hair - cut and color. He always has great ideas. One thing I particularly appreciate is the way Mark pays attention to what I want, has great advice for how to improve on my look and brings so much skill to the process. I'm always happy with the results.
