Are van broke down near ephrata so we had it towed to Wicked over the weekend. we were contacted first thing Monday morning. Had the estimate for the repair the same afternoon, and the alternator was replaced and we were ready to go the next day! Great sevice, price and quality work!

My van was towed from grand coulee to wicked automotive repair in ephrata. The guys went right to work on it and soon figured out what the problem was in a short time. Stopped in cause alternator wasn't charging battery yes they did replace it but charged 200 for labor and got a alternator from local parts store for 75 bucks but up charged me 265 dollars for it. Kinda crooked if you ask me, would not go there if I were you, later talked to local at the gas station she said yes they are known for bad business and she recommended other places in town. Just my experience.

Bought a car from Matt first he raises the price after we agree on the price, says tranny is good, 4x4 works great, a/c is good. It was all a lie from the beginning starting with the price to what work was done and to it being in good shape. The day I drove it home it gets stuck in 4low and never touched the 4wd, I called him asking for help he basically said not my problem any more,a/c had a hole in it and the tranny is now going out. I remind you he said the tranny and 4wd are In good shape. Long story short the guy is a scam artist.
