AC broke previous night, called in the morning. Was a little hesitant with such high ratings, decided to give it a try. Called at 10, technician gave a 20 min heads up call, came at 12, checked everything, (Michael was the guy, he had an iPad with their own app) bet there was a check list on there, has to document all of his work. Gave me a quote after checking everything, said it’s going to take him 30 min to get the parts. Came back and fixed everything.

We had an appointment since Wednesday to have somebody come out and look at our AC they were our second choice next to TLC but the reviews were similar we receive a phone call this morning and were informed that their technician had a “family emergency” conveniently on a Friday and they were unable to have someone else come out. It’s extremely unprofessional that this company over schedules it’s techs, and frankly we should’ve had priority. Our blower motor went out unexpectedly upon returning from vacation. I was referred to Signature Cooling & Heating and they were out at our home the next day. Our repair guy, Gene, was absolutely awesome; quick, professional, straight to the point on what repairs were required and educated us on prevention and prolong the life of our system. I would absolutely use this company for future services. Very happy with our experience!!

From beginning to end was a great, smooth process. Met with an outside sales rep named Neil who was the perfect man for the job as he started from the bottom and made it to his current position. He made all the right recommendations and helped us out with pricing so we could better afford it. Them installation was quick and professional. They guys showed up ahead of schedule and had us up and running within 3 hours on a whole new system. Highly recommend and beyond grateful for the team that handle our install.

Chris did a great job with visiting our house and guiding us with what type of equipment we needed. Julian and Jr. were early on arrival to start the installation and guided me thoroughly on how to replace the filters and working with the new Thermostat. I contacted Signature because my neighbor used the company while I was looking for an A/C guy. It cost her a lot of money, but they fixed her issue. I even mentioned my neighbor so they would send the same guy. I was not so lucky. I scheduled an appointment and was told they would show up on Wednesday. No time given because they don't know, but I'd get a call when they are on their way. Fine, ok, I have the time. Wednesday comes and it gets so late the in the day I realize they are not going to come, about 3 something. I then get the phone call from them telling me that they were not

They sold us on how low maintenance this new unit would be but today we find out the new units are cheaply made with no way to lube the motor (the old motors had a way to lube them) so we are looking at spending $400 to $500 every 2 years to replace the new motor?
Obviously a huge bait and switch.
Try doing business with an honest local service. NOT THESE CROOKS.

I would like to thank Trish (service) and Jeremy (tech). They were professional and got us cooled down. They were swamped due to unseasonably warm temps and everyone calling at once to start coolers or for AC work. Called around and they got us taken care of in days not weeks.Both are real assets and are appreciated. Highly recommend!

I brought in Aire Mechanical for a second opinion about the current state of my furnace as well as a furnace servicing. What a complete difference from the first company!! Matt was a trustworthy fellow who gave solid advice and eased my concerns without even knowing what the first company had stated. And that first company quoted me $3,000 for repairs and reconstruction...AMI's service call was only $150.00 and my furnace is just fine...
Definitely go with Aire Mechanical and try to get Matt if you can.

It was so nice to wake up to heat this morning! Aire mechanical not only knew my need but took care of it in a timely manner! I would still be on the waiting list if I hadn't called aire mechanical!
