Copy Zone has been my Go To print shop for about 6-7 years now. Our company sends to print all our flyers, postcards, newsletters, booklets, etc. No matter the project Copy Zone would take on the challenge. I went in earlier to make 10 copies of an art print, a process I've done several times. Upon walking into the graphics department I was greeted with the coldest poker star ever from the only "help" in the graphics dept. When making my request ny known Brian seemed to be annoyed that he had to actually work and stop what he was doing. Brian then decided to bombard me with half a dozen questions to complicate my order. After doing the heisman to all of Brian's irrelevant questions he then tells me the price and says it cant be done till tomorrow!!! Hahaha never have I ever been asked by Copy Zone

You can purchase them by the sheet! I got six stickers per sheet. You can get various sizes and shapes-from 80 small stickers to 1 giant circle or by page!!!

Never coming back here again. Worst experience ever, the lady seemed as if she had NO IDEA what cardstock was or printing in general and didn't know how to open a file on USB and when I asked for help she was rude and not helpful at all. Was here for almost 30 minutes and ended up leaving disappointed and mad with nothing printed.

Reflecting on my experience with Copy Zone in McAllen. I can honestly say I don't think I have ever had such a terrible ending experience to a customer service experience that started out positive. The "Manager" was verbally abusive, demeaning and aggressive after I told him on the phone that the final price was different from the quoted price of two of my photo prints. The Manager not only treated me terribly, he treated Simon terribly. So, not only does this "Manager" believe in baiting and switching prices on customers, he believes in abusive customer service. This company is one of the best. I've worked for a printing company for several years before I went back to college to get my degree in education. I understand the stress these workers endure. At CopyZone, I've never witnessed anything but professional, enthusiastic and dedicated service. The owner is one of the friendliest and most helpful printers I've known. Many of my friends have transferred their business to this company. I highly recommend them.

I don't know what the person below is talking about. Was not greeted when I walked in, and when I walked up to the desk, one of the workers seemed to stare at me blankly instead of talk to me.
Well, I tried to get ONE color copy picture on photo paper done. Emailed it to the girl, she received it and told me that she would notify me when it was done because she "might not be able to get to it right away". That was fine, even though it was one photo. Its been 3 1/2 hours and nothing. I called and she left for the day and didn't get to my picture, even though they did not look
