Sorry for the long post!
I just moved to long island and i was looking for reputable tire shop to install my winter tires. I looked at the google reviews and choose sunrise tires. This is my 4th time having those tires installed on my bmw M8 and never had a problem.
An hour after dropping my car the owner calls me and tell me that they have problem removing the lug nut of my front and rear tires and they blamed the people who previously did my car saying that they didnt do the right job and they they were over titghned
I told the owner that my back tires and front tires were worked on by different

Scott and his team are the most professional mechanics I have met in years.
When my mechanic retired I was so lucky to find sunrise tire and auto a few years back

Brakes were squeaking, car had a waxy smell when driving and hood latch seemed loose . Made a 9 am Saturday appointment. Very friendly caring honest repair shop . I come back to pickup car . He says let me print the bill . Are you ready ? The total was ZERO yep 0.00. Years back I brought my son here now my friend 2X . And we drive 25 minutes to get here , that's how good they are . Thank you Mike and your mechanics ! ( brakes were still good , plastic bag was on muffler and they greased hood latch .)

A tire on my new lease blew out one night and i came here the next morning to have it replaced. They told me i needed a special type of tire because of my car and i thought they were trying to just get me to spend more money like most other places try to do. I asked around and looked it up and i did in fact need a specific tire. The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and informative. It was about the same price as the dealership i lease it from but half the headache of having to waste all day at the dealership just to fix a tire. The tire ended up having a weird defect a month later
