I cannot say enough great things about these guys. I was unfortunate to come home one day to a kitchen with pools of water all over my house, I quickly remembered these guys for their bright red trucks and incentive for a veteran discount. Contacted Heroes and John was prompt and responsive to come out and diagnose the issue. He cleared the line and ran some agreed on tests and found a significant issue that required repair. John and Robert promptly drafted up a quote for repair and set the job in motion to coordinate a repair. On the day of repair, John was prompt to my home and worked tirelessly

Had some work done for my daughter as I was passing through town. Their price was nearly twice as much as another company, but they said they could come out quickly to do an installation. Within minutes after he left, I noticed a leak under the sink. When I called him, he said he was on his way to another job. He said they stand by their work, but he didn't know when he would be back. Not very happy right now.
