My family and I just moved out to Antelope Valley and there are not many options when you have an emergency so yes I was skeptical to bring my son here but we had no choice and believe or not from the beginning I drove up Security helped me out by tracking down a wheel chair so my son didn't have to walk and staff was professional and helpful. The best part we did x-rays, seen by the doctor all within two hours (AWESOME!!) especially for an ER and in today's world. You ask why only 4 stars because the doctor ordered crutches and the person who was in charge of bringing them took 2 hours to do so

There are nurses in Green Zone being really rude to patients. They couldn’t answer any questions or give any kind of help. Never seen a hospital operate like this. Never saw nurses so comfortable with being rude. One patient says he needs food because he has diabetes and the nurse told him no. This was 2 hours ago he still has no food

My elderly mother had a fall in her shower. She ended up being taken by ambulance to this hospital. I had read the reviews here and expected the worse, but I felt it was really good treatment. Security was good, they scanned everyone before entry, and I had to show proof of covid vaccine to visit - which I think is fine. No one was rude to me, or my mom. I watched how others were being treated and talked to in the waiting area. Everyone was treated with respect and concern. Maybe I went on a good day? I do recognize and respect the concerns of others who left negative reviews about misdiagnosis

Dec 14 2021, I want to thank all the nurses from AV Hospital. They are pretty awesome. In the E.R.... I would like to specifically mention Karen she is great, very kind and caring ... Nurse manager Cory and her team of nurses in the P.C.U are truly some of the best I have met... and the nurses in the I.C.U. Specially, the ones taking care of my dad I praise and commend your dedication and hard work....Thank you.

I have read so many negative reviews, and in some cases aggressive ones. I don't understand anything! I had to visit ER four times. I had also five different procedures and surgeries at this hospital, and I never met anyone who even looked at me bad! Everybody was extremely polite attentive kind to me always! I felt like a was a special patient for team. It felt like I met my family. Thank you for your hard work?

Worst ER ever. Everyone from Security up to the ER Docs are extremely rude. When someone comes in w a emergency...you would think there would be a little more care and compassion. Not here. You sit and wait for your name to be called, which is cool. However I don't need to hear nurses...ER techs..etc personal life and gossip. The whole place is in shambles. We are still in a pandemic. People leave bloody cotton balls...empty food/beverages...and in the 9 times I've visited in the past year, I've never seen
A wheelchair wiped down. Disgusted. Consider yourself reported to the Medical Board.

The last time there, ER, had an allergic reaction. All swollen and having problems to breathe had to wait for 3 hours before been able to see an NP who was very professional and as great as an MD. Receptionist was horrible with the sensitivity of a scorpion. The nurses at the signal verification area were screaming calling patients what turned the scene into a street market. And the last bad experience was the blood on the room where they finally placed me in order to give me treatment. This awesome 4star review goes to that NP Camarillo, F who gave me the right treatment even though the wait was

Thee WORST hospital! I would give it zero stars if I could. I’ve been waiting for about 2 hours going on to 3! I have lower back pain and haven’t spoken to anyone or seen anyone. The nurses are so unprofessional. They have a waiting room full of patients but rather chat about their personal lives behind the curtains and giggle about jokes…uh HELLO you have a whole room of people who are sick and/or in pain. This hospital should be closed down or investigated. From the previous reviews I’ve read I’m not the only one who has had issues with this “hospital”. If you ask why they’re
