They took me in on an emergency. Was towing horses and basically lost rear brakes and had two tires that separated a belt after going through construction. They had me in and started in a couple hours and repaired a couple hours later. They stayed late to get me back on the road. Cost was very reasonable given the circumstances!

We were visiting the area from several hours away, and had an issue with an emergency brake that wouldn't disengage. I arrived shortly after opening time (7:00am) on Saturday. Employee said the mechanic would be there at 8:00am. Mechanic rolled in several minutes after 8:00am. Mechanic says he couldn't get to my car for several hours (had other vehicles to attend to, which I totally understand). When asked about other nearby garages/mechanics, all he offered was that there aren't many open on Saturdays: not one recommendation by this gentleman. This our experience in Saturday 1 o'clock in the afternoon 100 miles away from home.We have a total blow-out in the middle of no where. So we searched on Google and the first place pup out is this guy's Osborne Oil company. So we please a call to see if they can help us, the first thing they say is don't worry everything will be fine we will be there shortly And we waited for 15 minutes. And nice mab pulled out with a rollback truck and immediately jumped in to action, while joking around and easing the mind of my 5 year old daughter.
