Definitely a 5 Star Company! All 5 people that I meet or spoke to were extremely friendly and professional.
Leah was very nice and helped to set an appointment up quickly. Patrick was on time, friendly and very neat. Unfortunately, I was told I needed a new AC.
(1984 unit died) Patrick got all his information into the office and I soon received a emailed estimate.
Leah once again Leah set up an appointment. Mat and Ethan arrived on time and did a great job. Both were very professional. I was especially grateful for Mat's great clean up job. You would never know that someone had been working

Maintenance was performed as presented. Miles,the service tech, called to say he was on the way. He was polite and answered our questions,completing the service in a timely manner. Will be a return customer for sure.

Some of our bedrooms were a lot hotter than the rest of the house. Andy figured out what was causing that issue and was able to reroute more air back to those rooms and better balance our house out. I wish we would have called him years ago. They also found a fire hazard that has been a danger to us for many years and fixed that for us as well. Because of all the additional work his team was here 3 days but they did a great job. We are very pleased with SG Mechanical and would recommend them to our friend and family.
