I have used Gator twice now and they have provided excellent service. No misfires or come backs required. My last tech Jordan was polite and professional and made short work of the project. They also give you smaller window of service than a lot of other places. They are willing to keep you posted on the arrival time making it possible to narrow down arrival within an hour. That is a huge bonus for working people. I will definitely continue to use Gator for all my plumbing needs.

We had a bad experience with another large plumbing company in Cape Coral. Dan and his team at Gator Drain & Plumbing were faced with correcting several major items that were installed improperly by that other company - as well as tackling several other outside drainage issues and new toilet installations. Dan communicated with us as they came across unforeseen problems from underground but they always had a solution. They permitted the work as required with Cape Coral and went out of their way to use quality materials like copper and heavy duty drainage pipe. They even freed up a bunch of space

The day before hosting people from out of town, my water heater went out. When I called, they were quick to respond and got someone out to my house in less than 2 hours. Jordan, who was the tech, helped me understand my water heater more and led me to spending less than another place that would have tried to take me for all they could. I can say I will definitely be using Gator Plumbing in the future! Thank you!
