I don't even know where to begin with Annette. she is hands-down the BEST COORDINATOR I have ever had! My wedding planning process was an amazing experience and stress -free. Which I feel like is rare. Especially the day of. From start to finish she blew me away with how detail oriented she was. She sent over exact timelines months leading up to the wedding day which we absolutely loved. As if that's not enough , she was the kindest person to work with. This review was a long time in coming. My wife and I hired Annette to oversee our daughters wedding, which took place at Lorimar winery a few years ago. It was the best money we spent as Annette took charge of every detail to make sure everything ran smoothly and on time. Annette's expertise and competence allowed us both to totally relax and enjoy the moment, without a care in the world. That's priceless. I marveled watching Annette interact with the winery staff and DJ. She really knows her stuff. Thank you again, Annette!

I don't know what I would have done without Annette Nielsen from Events by Annette as my day of coordinator for my wedding in Temecula last month! She was there early in the morning and stayed til the very end, keeping things running smoothly and on time. She dealt with all the vendors, had the ballroom set up exactly how I wanted and made sure people were where they needed to be when they needed to be there - I didn't have to handle a single logistic all day long. I took a course that Annette taught at Cal State University San Marcos and can now say I am a certified wedding planner thanks to her. I was lucky enough to get to witness Annettes wealth if knowledge first hand in the 10 weeks I took the course. Let me tell you, she knows her stuff. I cannot begin to express my husband's and my gratitude for Annette. We recently had our wedding on November 11th and Annette made sure that everything ran smoothly. I have always been told that things will go wrong on your wedding day and that you just have to expect it. Annette is a PRO. I DJ weddings (over 600) and I run into coordinators all the time. My opinion from knowing the inside workings of a wedding is that most have no handle on the event. I usually step in to get things back on track at some point. Annette is the rare type that knows the details inside and out and is "ALL IN". That's where most coordinators fall short. Forget the fluff and hugs and decorations, when you have a wedding someone needs to be running things and I have full confidence in Annette which makes my job easier. Highly recommended

Annette coordinated my wedding and did an absolutely exceptional job. My favorite thing about her was that she made an effort to get to know us which allowed her to be intuitive about what is important to us and what we might like, as opposed to generalizing to what "every couple wants." She also managed every detail beautifully and made my guests feel so comfortable. I truly enjoyed working with her and my husband and I absolutely loved and enjoyed every moment of our wedding.
