Services
Heating and cooling systems, minimizing breakdowns, faulty equipment and high utility bills. I would highly recommend using Heating & Air Specialists for all your HVAC needs. As a Commercial Property Manager and Residential REALTOR, I've worked with Lee Brenneman on a variety of HVAC service calls and installations.
Nobody wants to deal with their heater and/or air conditioner not performing as it should. We really do care about your comfort needs, both physically and mentally, and will work to make the repairs as quick and easy and possible. In addition to our repair service, we offer full maintenance contracts which include twice a year preventative maintenance and system check ups.
For a basic service call/diagnostic fee we will issue a free repair estimate. The estimate will be complete with all your options and choices you can make, before any work is completed. The estimated price for repairs will be all inclusive; no hidden fees and no surprises. Additionally, all repairs come with a 1 year warranty.
Yes, quite common. Your HVAC system is a machine that has moving parts and electrical circuits that are bound to fail at one point or another. In addition to the mechanical side of your system there is the refrigeration circuit as well. 80% of the time a unit stops working as it should is caused by an electrical or mechanical problem.
