For the last 3 years, my wife and I have used Warnaar Construction a number of times. In the summer of 2015, Mark helped my wife and I make our kitchen a reality. This was a complete gut-rehab.
He moved a wall, completely rewired the kitchen, laid a new floor and floated it into the existing hallway floor (hardwood maple), installed new cabinets, moved the drain lines to put the sink in front of the window, added a dishwasher and crafted a pretty sweet washer dryer enclosure.Most recently, Mark did a repair job on our first floor.
