At Phend Plumbing, we offer home owners free in person estimates during regular business hours. Free estimates can be scheduled for Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 5 pm. We had a water heater go out just before the weekend and we called Phend to come out and replace it. Bobby arrived and replaced the water heater quickly and was extremely polite and professional. He explained exactly what he was doing and left the water heater closet cleaner than when he got there. Great service, competitive price and a really personable plumber. Impressed!! I called last night, Sunday, explaining not urgent, and was promised service today, Monday. Received text early today service between 9 and 10. Tom S called at 8:47 and was here at 9:15. Installed new shutoff on plastic pipe and got new warm water bidet in order. He then fixed frozen sink faucet. He took the time to explain exactly what to discuss with Moen to hopefully get a free replacement hot water handle. Tom was engaging and so professional! I highly recommend Phend Plumbing!!!

Installation of pressure reducing valve and shutoff adequate but never received receipt for service after payment posted, even after emailing asking for it. Prices a bit high on other estimates compared to other licensed plumbers, so would not recommend overall (and included an estimate for a pressure reducing valve that was just completed so company seems confused).

Had an issue with a toilet not flushing. Submitted a request for assistance via Yelp after hours, received a response back promptly to determine situation and to schedule an appointment.
Opted to have them come out the next morning. Plumber came out the following morning at the scheduled time, was friendly and professional, and addressed the issue quickly.

Called late one afternoon and had an appointment the following afternoon. The technician called 1/2 before our schedule appointment to let us know he was on his way and would be at our home on time. The owner even stopped by to help and make sure we were completely satisfied our water heater install. Our experience with Phend Plumbing definitely exceeded our expectations. My ejector pump in the basement failed in July 2021 and I ended up with water in the basement. Ended up having to file an insurance claim due to the water damage. Home warranty wouldn't cover the pump so I had pay everything out of pocket.
I shopped around for plumbers in my area and found Phend. They had the highest reviews (both google and yelp) and their prices were pretty much in line with all the other plumbing companies I contacted.

Came home last night to a leak coming out under my kitchen sink cabinet. Every person I dealt with was very good. He was very nice, explained everything, had to leave to get a part, came back and fixed it. I plan to get a quote on more work I need done and feel quite confident it will be as smooth as this was. There was a strange noise coming from the pipes after toilets were flushed that I thought might require some work but I was informed that it was purely a preference issue. There wasn't a sign of anything being wrong and that no work needed to be done unless the sound really bothered me. I didn't, I was just concerned about whether it might be an issue. I appreciate the honesty because other companies would have tried to sell something I didn't need. I definitely recommend this company.

Couldn't find a better plumber anywhere. Pete and his team a reliable clean and fair priced. His guys do a great job and you get what you pay for. Some of the bigger box brand names just seem like they're trying to make a sale and pull the wool over your eyes. Rainforest/Parker. Rip off shops Pete is legit. His guys even offered to wear booties and gloves and masks in the house I didn't have to ask.Left the place cleaner than when they started. Is that enough good things to convince you they're awesome

We needed to relocate a gas mainline and meter to allow for us to build a pool in our yard. This project required work to be completed by both SW Gas (Responsible for the mainline running through our back yard and the meter) and a plumber who could re-plumb our interior gas line to hook up to the new meter location. This was no simple task. Coordinating between SW Gas, their third-party contractor, our plumber, and the City of Tempe for permits and inspections seemed like a recipe for a construction nightmare. Update: still appreciate the great work Phend plumbing continues to provide! Even years later I can count on them to be reliable, honest, friendly, and their work is top notch. This time Korey helped us with an issue and again I am blown away by not only an amazing office to work with (flexible, fast, knowledgeable) but he called to see if he could arrive EARLY, took less time then quoted and happened to be incredibly friendly to top it off. It made a stressful situation completely better and I know without a doubt when I call again for help they will deliver nothing short of the absolute best
