John graduated from Stevenson University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He also has a Master's Degree in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School. Before opening his company, John worked for WPM Real Estate Management. WPM is the largest Multi-Family Company in the Baltimore Region.
There he was a Regional Property Manager. John also worked for Mt. Royal Management Company in the same capacity for over 20 years. There he managed multi-housing, self-storage facilities, warehouses, and office buildings; he also has experience working with HUD properties and land development and construction.
