I hired Over the Top to take the siding off the back of my house and install Tyvek and install a missing gutter apron. It took 5 phone calls to get a quote sent to me after 2 weeks. They expected it to be a 1 day job, a little longer if replacement siding was needed, which it was. The job took 2.5 weeks because I was clearly not a priority and their work crew simply didn't show up repeatedly, and when they did it was only for an hour or so. A big reason I had them do this job was to identify the source of an ongoing leak issue and help seal out water with the house wrap, and now about 3 weeks after

Over The Top Roofing & Remodeling did an excellent job with our roof replacement. We had wind and hale damage due to a storm and Scott was totally professional walking us though the process and what to expect. Any questions that we had were answered completely. Communication was only a phone call away. When it came to the work crew they were very professional and efficient. I left for work in the morning and came home to a new roof with no sign that they had been there. Their attention to detail when it came to the care of our home was greatly appreciated. Over the top was the best choice we have made for our house. All the employees we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. They took all issues seriously and got everything resolved as fast as they could. It was a pleasure dealing with them and we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done. They replaced our roof, fixed some water damage in our room, and actually made dealing with the insurance company tolerable.

'Mom and Pop' shop type care and personal touch, but with the backing of top notch crew and reps, and a really professional established process.
I put off doing my roof for a long time because I feared it would be an administrative nightmare dealing the with insurance company. One distinction of Over the Top from other companies is that they handle all of that for you. I was present and informed, but Tony met the insurance rep on site and they spoke the same technical language during the inspection and he was able to push and get more covered that the adjuster missed. He was then great at translating
