He has more than 45 years of experience as a trial lawyer representing clients in personal injury cases, divorce and family law cases, estate planning, probate proceedings, business matters and real estate. He grew up near Cleveland, Ohio, graduated from college at Oberlin College in Ohio, and graduated from the School of Law at William and Mary College in Williamsburg, Virginia.
I am a trial lawyer. I have built my career fighting for people who have suffered serious personal injuries, complex divorces and difficult commercial and business problems. Whether they need a skilled negotiator or an advocate at trial, I am honored to be of service to my clients. In fact, helping people solve problems my favorite part of the legal profession.

Joel Nichols was my attorney for 3 1/2 years during a personal injury lawsuit. Joel is very responsive, professional, intelligent and listened when I needed to vent, talk or discuss my concerns. It’s all about money for this law firm five years ago I retained an attorney for my case all the attorney did was go to the hearings and kept getting continuances…. My retainer was drained getting continuances no results on my case I ended up with a large balance but no work done on my file. Next thing I knew the attorney could not represent me anymore because his wife passed away I was left with no legal representation and a large bill that I could not afford. The agreement was that Anything beyond retainer will not be charged to me due to him not being able to represent me for his own personal

If you have a problem contact these people as they have the experience and the out of the box ability to Argue in your best interest. I thank them for helping me in legal matters that could have ruined my life. Joel was the best legal representative I have had in my life! Granted I have had few brushes with the law. Despite that by far Joel Nichols is the most professional and in my eyes successful at what he does. If you want an attorney that will update you and call you based upon your case just to update you, this is not the place. Long story short, I got t boned lost my truck that was a payment away from being paid off by a company vehicle that ran a red light and its all on video. It took close to 2 1/2 years to settle. Pretty much I get paid more every 2 weeks then this settlement. This place is terrible! Never again will I go here.

This is the worst attorney firm I've ever used. Two attorneys worked on my case. I was seriously hurt and they just wanted me to accept the other sides offer. I had to always call them to get things moving. It took 4 years to settle for a small amount. I highly advise people not to use this law firm.They asked me the same question 8 times and I answered every time. I asked them a different question 5 times and they could never give me a clear answer on my case. I'm very disappointed in the attorneys that work here.

Worst experience ever (well, besides the marriage). I'm still baffled by how it worked out in the end. Worst money ever spent. If i'm ever in a position of needing an attorney again I will make sure I find one that is engaged, listens, and believes me(or at least the presented evidence). I don't feel like the one I got ever had my back so to speak.

Brian dale was a amazing help with our contracts for our small business. It was more than I was expecting to pay but I didn't realize how much effort went into the contract. In the end I felt like I got more than I paid for with a contract that went over the details I felt were most important and some that he mentioned that I never thought of. I wish there was something more than the 5 stars because his attention to detail, customer service, patience with a new business owner on what can and cant go on the contract and most of all giving me the time of day! The last one should seem expected

I couldn't be happier with Attorney Brian Dale. My entire experience with him in both a dog bite claim and a corporate dispute and subsequent buy out was very successful.
