Hi! My name is Demetria Davenport, and I am the founder of Luxurious Essentials Massage Spa. My inspiration took root 16 years ago while attending Michigan College of Beauty where I earned my manicure license. Prior to that, I was employed by a pharmaceutical company for 11 years, but yearned to become an entrepreneur so I could take charge of my own destiny.
A focused massage is a massage that focuses on 1-2 areas of the body, with deeper pressure to target trouble areas. I create a treatment plan around the needs of the client. It is a focused modality that works on releasing the problem and compensating muscles allowing the client to feel relief from pain, and improved daily living.

My date and I had the couples massage and let me tell you it did wonders! They went to work and healed mind and body before leaving. By far a memorable experience and I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS PLACE!!!!! A WHOLE HOUR NOT 50 mins and a talk, 30 min pre survey take up ya time, I mean a WHOLE HOUR of comfort being provided.

I bought a groupon and i had a really good experience here.
location:
8 mile and greenfield is not a bad location, it's right near Northland mall. the buildings over there arent the most aesthetically pleasing on the outside but the Luxurious Essentials space was well put together and nice and comfortable--to me that's what matters.
scheduling:
it can be difficult to schedule since they arent open on Mondays--which is often when i do all of my scheduling but i left a message and they returned my call once open and were able to fit me in at the time that i wanted.
