Really bad experience and unprofessional communication. Jennifer working on my taxes which were late due to my own fault, but approaching October deadline. She was working on them up to the last day but just stopped communicating with me. All she had to do was tell me it was too late and I would have used another company. Instead she just ignored me and would not return my calls, emails and office visit looking for any update. Now she says I was mean because I was upset that she blew me off. Definitely don't recommend.

I've passed by the Benz Seyfert accounting office a hundred times and finally when it to talk with the great group of ladies their. I'd been putting off my taxes because they were a little more complex this past year. Their friendly demeanor and proactive team helped by giving me guidance and asking lots of good questions. I'm looking forward to having my taxes done again this year and will get in there sooner than later this time :) On a side note I just referred my friend that is new to town. Give this accounting team a shot you won't be dissatisfied.
