Apartment #1 is located on the first floor and has 2 LARGE bedrooms, large kitchen, large living room and 1 full bath, and includes full size refrigerator, range/oven and it's own washer and dryer inside the unit. It also has private off street parking. Gas, heat, electric, water, garbage pickup, wifi, all maintenance and repairs, and PLOWED PARKING.
Every unit comes complete with bed frames, mattresses, dressers, desks, desk chairs, kitchen table and chairs, sofa, side chair, end table, entertainment center, full size refrigerator, oven range and dishwasher. Large private patio located on the lake side of the building with picnic tables and grill for tenant use and enjoyment.

I rented from Gail for 3 years during my time at Tech and I couldn't have been happier with my choice! She's very professional and has a wide variety of properties. I have a dog and I never had trouble finding a pet friendly option with Gail. Also, the maintenance was great! Anytime I had a problem, I just needed to send an email to her and maintenance was there within a couple of hours. Honestly, the best landlord in Houghton! I'd highly recommend renting from Houghton Rental Housing.
