I love ordering through this company! A coworker recommended them, and I’m so glad I listened. The quality of their work is great and their communication can’t be beat. I’ve gone through Jackie for two orders now, and both times she was the most helpful, pleasant, and patient. Both were embroidery jobs. The prices seem perfectly reasonable and I’ve been so happy with both of my purchases.

I was extremely pleased with the staff. They helped me design my logo, which was awesome after getting several ridiculous quotes. The quality of the work was perfect. The entire team that worked on my printing project was absolutely incredible. Emails and calls were responded to immediately. A very helpful showroom that allowed me to pick out exactly what I wanted. Being able to touch the Fabric and try things on was a huge selling point. Pricing was on point and the customer service from star to finish was even better. I am a business owner for 24 years and I find it extremely rare having such success working with a company that can accurately and precisely complete a unique project such as mine. Thank you!

Words can not describe how amazing this place is. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. Kevin, who helped me with my order was phenomenal. He took the time and effort to help me create a design for the custom sweatshirt I wanted to purchase. He gave me great advise and guidance with the purchase. Used this company for 2 small t-shirt orders. The first order was done properly so when a
2nd order with different designs was necessary, I went back to this company. The proofs I received from them prior to authorizing the work were excellent.
The results were a disappointment.
The printing on 13% of the shirts was crooked or off center or both.
These results are not acceptable as the designs require correct placement and alignment.
I called and told them about the defective printing and was asked to send photos, which I did.
In response, they wrote that there was nothing that could be done

We have now been working with Kevin, John & Bob for 7 plus years. We don't make it easy on them. I typically order jackets, t shirts, sweatshirts and hats, all with embroidery or screen printing. And it's usually always a rush order. They haven't missed a deadline yet.
This year we needed our gear before our holiday party. I realized that I forgot to order the jackets for my best foreman. I thought I was too late to get them in, but Kevin worked late to finish our Jackets. I really appreciate your efforts. This is a family business who care about their customers.
