Hillcrest Property Mgmt. had done an excellent job for the 7 years they have managed our 4 rental properties in Florence, KY. We decided to sell them this June and we let Hillcrest Prop. Mgmt handle that for us as well. Within 3 days they found a buyer and we got excellent prices as well! The whole process was seamless and easy! The Denigan family have been in the real estate business for a long time and their expertise and professionalism cannot be matched! My wife and I highly recommend them!

Hillcrest property management has made the process of renting out our home a breeze. I thought it would be stressful and I would have to worry but they take care of everything. Whenever the tenant calls and has a problem, (our appliances went out this year), Hillcrest took care of everything. I was notified that repairs were being made and I didnt have to do a thing. Very happy and not stressed out.

I lived in the same house under Hillcrest for the last 8 years and just Purchased it. In the 8 years i lived there i never had an issue with Hillcrest and/or Mike D. When my daughter was sick they worked with me on my rent. When my wife passed away they again worked with me. I have no complaints. Awesome people and an awesome company to rent and/ or purchase a home from.

We rented from Hillcrest several times and found nothing but top notch service and treatment from the owner, Office staff and other employees who took care of us.
Any time there was a problem He would call me personally and we always found a way to work things out professionally and respectfully (rent payment or such). I have been dealing with Hillcrest for many, many years and I recommend them to anyone wanting to be treated right and fair.
In fact, we bought a very nice home from them recently and He went out of his way to be fair and honest with us from the start. If only everyone would run

We have been doing business with Hillcrest for the past five years and have nothing but great things to say about their level of service, their staff and the manner in which they conduct their business. Any maintenance issues that have required attention, and there haven't many, have been dealt with promptly by their friendly and knowledgeable service providers to my utmost satisfaction. Furthermore, my wife and I are working with the team at Hillcrest and their network of experienced professionals to go from renters to home owners, and that says a lot about the type of people they are. It is refreshing
