Three generations of the Woodfin family have been doing business with the Joe Greene Agency for well over 60 years when my dad’s boyhood friend, “Lightening” Doliber took over the Agency from the original “Joe Greene”. Through good times and bad, thick and thin, the Joe Greene Agency has always been there for our family, protecting our multiple properties, dozens of automobiles and countless liability lines. I have been out shopping for home insurance -- and I had spoken with a number of brokers. I have to say that NO ONE else came close to Will Monks over at Greene Insurance in terms of follow-through, honesty, and genuine customer support. I will say that he couldn't match my current quote, and was honest enough to say so. So I find myself in the remarkable position of taking the time to write a review for someone I didn't do business with. My agent Cindy Fay assisted me with processing a claim for windshield damage. She efficiently got me set up with a date and time for the repair. The service was able to come to the school that I work at and repair the glass without me having to even go out to my car!
