This place totally ripped me off. My car broke down and I brought it here and one week later I came to pick it up and they told me it was good to go, drove 10 miles and it broke down again. I called them back and they told me “sorry we never finished it” like okay thanks for sending me home with half fixed car. never will be coming back. 0/10 service.

I wish I could find a shop like this near to me. I drove almost 2 hours to check out a new car near Hoeschen's and brought it to them on short notice for a pre-purchase inspection, and they happily took excellent care of me. The inspection was inexpensive and thorough. They did a good job, and they are well loved by the people in the area from what I could tell. If you're ever in the area and need service done on a vehicle, I highly recommend them. This is coming form an ex-mechanic.

Just a quick note to thank the great folks at Hoeschen Auto. Late Friday afternoon, I had exhaust issues. Dan and his team got right on it, instead of leaving me hanging. I appreciate that immensely!
My dog appreciated it. Nice clean shop, friendly folks. Instead of gearing up for the weekend and going home, they fit me in and got me back on the road.

These guys are great! My fiances' starter went out at the lake when we were at the cabin for 2 weeks. The station in the cities replaced the starter n removed a shield around the starter. Couldn't find a replacement n said wasn't needed. Well in a year the starter went out 3 times. Hoeschen's towed the truck, fixed the starter. When they called to say it was done...he said he "MADE" a shield. That was 2 years ago and it is still the same starter still going strong.

This place was absolutely amazing. My Ford Hybrid Escape overheated while cruising down I-94W. We called and they told us they could get us in right away. Within 30 minutes, they had diagnosed the issue and said they could start right away on fixing the issues. They were honest about what was going on and quoted a price that was so unbelievably reasonable. While it is in a small town, there were plenty of places to walk to while the car was being worked on. All in all, I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is in need of auto help.
