I wanted a 30min session but because they were so busy and under staff I got 20min and half of those the machine turned off and I don’t known how to work it so I did not want to touch it but i did not get extra time for the time lost I was basically rushed out but the girl working was really nice but she was overwhelmed so it’s not completely her fault but they do need to staff better on weekends.

Absolute Cryo was such a positive experience. It was welcoming and friendly. We were quick to receive service. The staff was friendly and attentive! Knowledgeable about cryo and made my 16 year old feel very comfortable. She even let her watch Disney Plus while receiving treatment! We will definitely be back!
