I have been with State Farm since 1999. I opened my own agency in Homer Glen in 2009 and I am long-time area resident. I was in an accident and the service that Michelle Kerfin and her team provided was excellent. Unfortunately the other party who was at fault didn't have insurance and Michelle took care of everything. All the way down to securing a rental car for me, as well as getting in touch with the right department within State Farm to replace my children's car seats. She was fantastic. I can't say enough great things about her and her group! Five star service all around.

I have been using michelle Kerfin state farm for years through the houses I have bought using them for all my insurance needs from them. To all of my cars have been through them. Always easy to get ahold of when I have questions or need some help. Very fairly priced as insurance goes. I recommend them to my family and friends for anything they need!

I've never had a better experience finding insurance. It's always such a hassle but here everything was explained with a smile.
