Insurance agent Linda Reagor spoke to me in an unprofessional manner. Having dealt with many companies for all sorts of business over my years I have never had someone speak with me in such an unkind/ disgusting manner. Also, first time I have come across a company that refused to turn off my auto pay. Felt as though this was some gross type of punishment for me leaving to a more knowledgeable well known insurance company. Would definitely not recommend! This company has shown me the worst customer service of my lifetime.
