Born and raised in the San Francisco Peninsula, Briani Phelps is a true Mid-Peninsula native. Growing up, Briani was encouraged to embrace three main core values - values she carries into her professional life to this day: Respect, Integrity and Hard Work. Briani's first Real Estate position was in the Commercial Property Management field where she had the opportunity to learn about Commercial rents, regulations and tenant/landlord rights.
Ultimately however, her career segued into her true calling - Residential Real Estate when she joined The Watson-Marshall Group - one of the top Real Estate teams in the nation (per the Wall Street Journal). Her current position as Salesperson / Marketing Manager, allows her the opportunity to represent home sellers and home buyers personally while helping craft the cutting-edge marketing platforms used by the group.

Briani was very helpful through the entire process. She contacted contractors needed to upgrade and remodel areas needed. The outside of the home painted in a beautiful color, front and backyard where redone with beautiful green grass and flowers, inside was painted and staged, many compliments were by friends and family in regards to how beautiful my home looked, I was extremely happy. The entire process from beginning to end was fast and easy for me. I would recommend Briani’s services to friends and family. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME.
