Services
Before becoming a certified home inspector in Kansas City, I was in the real estate industry for over fifteen years. Five of those years have been spent appraising foreclosed properties with my wife. Foreclosed properties require a vast knowledge of what issues a home currently suffers from. This is where I found my love for inspecting.

We loved using Chad for 2 separate home inspections and so glad we did. Chad is extremely thorough. He found hidden mold in the initial home we were in contract on which really saved us from a huge problem down the road. We appreciated that he checked every item and crevice both inside and outside the home. We feel very comfortable knowing what we our getting into rather than finding out down the road. Thanks Chad for your knowledge and attention to detail! We will certainly be using you for home inspections in the future and referring friends and family to you.

Thoroughly enjoyed working with Chad on our home inspection! As first time home buyers we had what felt like a million questions. He was extremely patient with us and answered / explained everything. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Chad with KC-Res was hired by an invested party to do an appraisal and inspection on my Mom’s home, but I must say I feel like I should be paying him a fee for the excellent references he provided to a complete stranger to whom he owed nothing! It's been a tough year losing Mom to brain cancer, so finding nice people who excel at their work and are willing to help other human beings out of pure kindness is so refreshing. The appraisal and inspection process were efficient and painless too, I would highly recommend KC-Res to anyone!! ~Tiffany
