In the summer of 1993, two neighborhood buddies - Mike and Anthony - decided to start mowing lawns to earn some cash. A next-door neighbor in the San Marino Villas subdivision was their first client. After a few years, the pair had walked alot of miles pushing their 20 mower - and they had also grown their client list to almost 80% of the subdivision.
San Marino Landscaping was officially a business. Flyers went in mailboxes, friends and clients spread the word, and news of their integrity and high quality work got around. We had a lot of yardwork done (mulching, weeding, and tree trimming) and they mow our yard weekly. One of the owners came out immediately after I requested a quote and walked through the entire yard with me, itemizing the cost of each item. The total cost was in line with all other quotes (that came in weeks later) and the work they did looked great. I would definately recommend.
