An attorney for 40 years, Barney was passionate about the practice of law and a fearless advocate for the clients he represented. He was a champion of the marginalized underdog and for those without a voice. To his professional colleagues, Barney was considered a skilled civil litigator in the Cincinnati community and was beloved by friends and foes alike.
Karen Mitchell graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Political Science in 1992. She received her law degree from the University of Akron Law School in 1996. She is a New Jersey native. She joined Fox & Fox Co., L.P.A. in 2005. During the majority of her career, Karen has represented injured workers and victims of disability.
Stephanie D. Horn is an experienced trial lawyer who has focused her legal career on all aspects of workers' compensation law. For 25 years Stephanie has successfully represented both injured workers and companies in hearings before the Industrial Commission of Ohio, Ohio Courts of Common Pleas and the Court of Appeals.
Virginia "Ginger" Fox graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2006 with a degree in English Literature and a minor in Women's Studies. Her studies focused on literature, writing and activism. She received her law degree from the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2012 and was admitted to practice law in Ohio later that year.
