After over a year of dealing with multiple 'Storm Chasing' outfits and their never ending hidden costs, I finally made the decision to go with Bill. Bill was fantastic to deal with. Bill was awesome to work with. He was very professional and honest. He did exactly what we agree upon and made sure that I was happy with the work every step of the way. His crews did amazing work replacing my roof and gutters. They kept the work area clean, even while they were working. Frankly, the whole process was excellent. The previous owner had the roof replaced on our house before we moved in last summer by a different contractor. When water began leaking into through the bathroom fan we contacted the company that did the work; he said he would come out to fix it but never did and stopped answering our calls. I called Bill on a Saturday morning and explained the situation, he was out a few hours later and fixed the problem (in the rain!) and didn’t rip us off on an ‘emergency call’ like other companies would have. I know who I’m calling the next time we need work done on our roof!
