Jerry Khami is by far the best agent/broker I have dealt with. While many others are mostly concerned about getting their commission he ensures his clients are happy and satisfied. He went above and beyond to find us our dream home. I would highly recommend him for all your real estate needs. He is very patient and professional. Went to a open house today that Esoteric Realty put on for a home that they are gonna rent out. First impression was not the best one. The home that they were having a open house on (not the first open house they have had for the property) had holes in the front door a broken glass storm door with glass pieces still all over the enterance into the home. It just was not safe for families that walked into it either with the glass being everywhere. It was not prepped for show at all.
