Great staff, and super friendly tow company. I had to get my sprinter towed all the way to Georgetown Texas after the transmission went out. Our sprinter is a pain because it’s 25ft long and a 2wd on air suspension so they towed it to their shop to fit it on a more appropriate setup, and then towed us the four hours to Georgetown. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I break down near ozona they’d be the only one I’d call

So my company said Loves will not come out 60miles gave me tire place next to tretos the guy told me to call treto cause he has no super singles so I called treto told him someone refer him for super singles this guy try to charge me 1000.00 bucks cash only for a used super single because no one else had one and I was on the side of the road o yeah cause its a used MICHELIN tire that you took off another truck that probably will pop down the road and he said a new one is 1500.00 LOL which I PAID 1000.00 FOR A NEW ONE WHEN I PURCHASE FROM TA . SO HAHA I CALLED LOVES AND THEY CAME OUT AND GAVE ME

Horrible experience!! would never ever go again..they are disrespectful won't let talk even after they asked you a question....the owner himself is the worst he gets a attitude extremely fast. Front desk girl , walks away from you as she's speaking ....not even a star .. sure will be reporting them to the bbb ..

Use these guys any chance you get - great service!! I was in Ozona visiting family from out of state. My 17 year old broke down on the Interstate and I was an hour and a half away. They went and took care of him and our Explorer right away. Such piece of mind. Then towed it to San Angelo two days later for the needed repairs. Unbelievable service, super friendly and affordable prices. Thank you Treto's!!
