I called for a moving out clean and was able to schedule an appointment for the day I wished (4 days away) with no problems. I was texted to confirm my appointment 24 hours prior. On the morning of service, Amelia texted me that she was on her way and arrived on time, actually a little early. She was courteous, professional and thorough. I was very pleased with the service I received. The price was reasonable and comparable/slightly less than other services. I would certainly recommend them.....

They were fast and efficient. They had not been to this new place and didn't come prepared for the large amount of stainless and granite in the kitchen so didn't have those specialty supplies. But they made do and did a great job. If they had carried all the specialty cleaning supplies, I would have given them a 5 star review...

I hired Maids a la Mode to do a move out clean for a house I was selling. The communication was great and I received reminders several days in advance of my scheduled clean. Katrina was punctual, professional, and did an incredible job. I’be never seen the appliances and bathroom look so clean!

Incredibly happy that I was able to talk to an actual human to make the appointment, select the service and get it all set up in under 5 minutes. Christina arrived on time, made a final assessment on the job and got started immediately. I can’t recommend her enough; kind, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. I have a 40 y/o house and she got some things cleaner than when I moved in. Will use this service again. Really happy.

Bad communication problem, never got my house cleaned even though I booked it 6 weeks out.
Yes she had called to say she was in an accident on Friday the day it was scheduled. She called 2 hours after appointment to tell me this. She rescheduled for Monday morning
July 5, and on Sunday July 4th at 6pm she called to tell me she didn't have a car and could not get a rental in time. I was offered for a reschedule but my company was coming July 4 that evening. So it was too late then. Just bad experience from the get go as I had the appointment scheduled 6 weeks in advance. Never has a problem with

Called and discussed service. Staff was friendly. They were to have their customer service call to get price and schedule. After we hung up I got the following email:
Hello, Mr. Taranto. Thank you for reaching out! It sounds like your tenant may need the services of a company that handles more "heavy-duty" cleaning.
They offer deep cleaning on their website. Thought this was poor.

I loved my cleaning lady Heather! I can't say enough good things about this company and how easy they are to work with. They have the schedule down to a perfect science. They always did a great job and exceeded my expectations. The price is very good for the above and beyond service they provide. I loved walking into my home after they had come in my loft and magically transformed it and I will always remember how terrific it smelled. I have moved away but I am highly recommending this great local business!

Two ladies did a deep clean of my house today, and it looks amazing! We just did a remodel and we have a dog that sheds a lot, and they managed to clean all of the dust and hair. They were very kind, courteous, and professional. They also worked very quickly but did a thorough job. Will use them again!

I have waited for a few months to write this review. A regular home-cleaning service (I use them 2x a month) needs time to learn my home, my oddities and what is expected. Maids ala Mode are exceptional and just get better with each visit.
The billing is all pre-set to a credit card which is very modern and easy. You are sent email reminders (maybe too many) and a copy of the invoice electronically. It is very handy and all of the staff radiate pleasantness and courtesy.
My ladies are my "regulars", which is great since I am often home when they are here. They work well together

Terri and Amber did a deep clean on our midtown house today and I can't brag on them enough. I'm not sure my house has ever been so clean. They were friendly, professional, and courteous. We do rescue and have quite a few pets of our own, so I know we had more than enough dander and fur to go around, but the house is spotless and as a bonus, they seemed to love our animals which goes a long way in my book. Kirsten is also a total delight to work with and is very accessible. The entire process has been so easy and pleasant. Can't wait for my husband to come home from work and see
