Scroll down to see our timeline to get you from today to the future healthier, happier you. Meet our professional coaches and get familiar with the movements you'll be using in group classes. Many of these movements you already know - we're just going to make you better at them. We'll teach you how to jump, squat, pull, and press with safe, effective technique so you can get stronger and avoid injury.
During this time, we'll help you feel welcome, provide a quick gym tour, then sit down and talk about next steps. If you choose, we will have you do a short workout so we can set some benchmarks and assess where you are. This course will bring your fitness up to speed and teach you the foundations of CrossFit (movements, philosophy, nutrition), while giving us a chance to evaluate movement.

For us, fitness is about community and the commitment to working hard for permanent changes that you can be proud of but that's just one of the benefits of your membership with us. All of our workouts can be scaled to your ability level and customized to meet your goals. Our people are our life-force - you'll find motivating and inspiring friendships to keep you accountable.
If you're just starting up, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you're up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week. CFM is about creating a place and space for you to have your best hour of the entire day, every day!

This is the first CrossFit gym I've ever joined in my life, and the whole experience has been nothing short of awesome.
For reference I'm a former smoker who was desperately out of shape and had packed on some extra pandemic weight, and I was honestly terrified of joining CrossFit because I'd heard the workouts were so intense it made me feel like I'd need to achieve a certain level of fitness just to start CrossFit. Turns out this isn't true at all, the coaches gave me truncated workouts that I could actually handle, and EVERYONE at this gym is encouraging and positive.

I have been attending this gym for over 7 years and I cannot begin to explain how important it is to my mental and physical health. The comradary between the members is unparalleled and each person is invested in the others. I will soon be 51 and because of the programming and encouragement, I am in as good if shape as I have ever been. Worth every dime if the membership cost.

I was a member for a few years after CFM opened and recently came back 11 months ago. Best decision I could of made! Our entire family loves going! The coaches are extremely helpful and the friendships we have made are priceless! Everyone at CFM is like a second family to us. And the gains in fitness is an added bonus too!
