Services
Chris Paschke, artist and calligraphic designer, holds a degree in Creative Arts and Design, whose art regularly appears in juried shows and publications, fine art books, and exhibitions throughout the world. Having signed with Wild Apple Graphics, Woodstock, VT in the 1990s as an open edition artist, her reproductions are sold in retail stores and on the internet.
Contemporary and abstracted cityscapes are the subject of this gallery. Originals are painted on textural 140# watercolor papers using color washes and sketchy watercolor lines to help define the subject while still allowing your imagination fill in the city imagery. They have been created in sets of vertical and horizontal presentations including 10"x30" as 1:3 format.
These landscape originals are paintings that encompass the striations and elevations of land masses, vegetation, trees, and perhaps a barn or two. Landscapes come in many styles from traditional representational to abstracted mixed media, it all depoends on your vision. What is included here are minimalist and contemporary abstracted mini scapes that allow your imagination to take you to another place.
