For first appointments please arrive 15-30 min early to allow time for additional paperwork that may be necessary. I called Mandy’s office after hurricane Ida needing assistance due to my drs offices being closed. The awesome lady Shannon that took my call went above and beyond to help me. Even when I was ready to give up on trying to take care of the issue she still tried. God Bless her and all the rest of the staff there. Shannon even called me back the very same day which was Friday and I thought I would have to wait till Monday. We never know how much our extra effort no matter large or small can make all the difference for someone else’s life.

I recently changed primary care physicians and selected Mandy's Primary Healthcare due to their convenient location and a recommendation from a new neighbor. I have been so impressed with the level of care and concern that they have shown to my particular situation and I actually feel like they do not want to chase and treat my symptoms yet find the underlying cause to the problem.

I am not one to leave a bad review, but I am doing it in hopes that they will correct this and no one else has to go through this again. I had an appointment today 06/14/18 as a new patient. I arrived 30 minutes early because I knew I had paperwork to fill out. The ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and everything went smoothly. Everything was going fine until I go to the back which I was called 30 min after my scheduled appointment time (I understand sometimes drs run behind). I had a few issues going on so when the doctor came in and I explained she wanted to do a urine test. I did
