Mr. Carlisle went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. We had issues with our system “freezing up” which caused our a/c to not blow cold air. We had Mr Carlisle come out for a second opinion, for which we are very thankful we did!! Mr. Carlisle took his time to investigate what was causing the issue, fixed the issue, and provided us with outstanding service! He saved us a tremendous amount of money and blessed us so much! We HIGHLY recommend Carlisle Heating & Air!!!

Wonderful experience today when my AC would not cool. Brent responded in record time. Called him and he gave me an appointment and showed up early. Explained the issue, fixed it and was gone within an hour . The price was very reasonable . He was professional and honest and patiently explained the problem . Awesome customer service. Brent come out on a late Saturday afternoon after our A/C stopped working Friday. He was professional, pleasant, friendly and really knew his job. He fixed our unit and after expecting a huge "weekend service call" bill, his charges were so much less than we expected. We cannot recommend him more highly.
