Our church had many water shut off valves that had either the handle sheered off or the ball valve was frozen open. Travis came out was able to repair it on the first try. One quality I look for is someone who can educate me and not mind me shoulder surfing a little bit. Travis wasn't annoyed at all was glad to stop to explain the repair, why it happens, and what we can do in the future to prevent the same thing from happening. I'm happy with their repairs. They're on time, communicate well, and the pricing is on the cheaper side. I'm glad to refer them to anyone with plumbing issues!

Resolved Home Services did a build out in my medical office one year ago. Fantastic job all the way around - showed up when they said they would, answered my phone calls/texts, meticulous attention to detail, no hassle when I changed my mind about things. One year later and it still looks beautiful. Super professional and knowledgeable crew. Highly recommended.
