Dillion was excellent. Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I always like to observe the work and not all services are ok with that, but Dillion had no problem with that and we had a nice conversation too. My shop sink was clogged with lots of debris, both old and new from my floral design messes and Corey fixed it in no time! He even had the handy part to put a filter int he drain to catch the junk that I inevitably put in it. Great family, great employees, and great service!

Just based on the first experience, I feel confident going with this company for every plumbing issue I encounter from here on.
My water heater stopped heating and I called a couple of Indy-based companies to try and figure out what was wrong. First company made a quick assessment and said we should replace at least the heating elements and maybe the thermostat too, just to be safe; this would have been $500-800. I reached out to Plumb On to get me a second quote since that first one felt high.
Corey came out and spent 45 minutes or so thoroughly diagnosing the problem. It turns out that none

I was lucky enough to be recommended Plumb On by a neighbor through our neighborhood FB group. I had just moved into my house and needed a garbage disposal and dishwasher installed. I had done some shopping around and was shocked at what some of the big plumbing outfits around were going to charge me. All of the pricing with Plumb On is listed on their website and if there are any extra needed parts, Corey lets you know upfront.
