After not receiving a return phone call from two other plumbers, Absolute Plumbing was recommended by our maintenance mgr. Allen was very responsive. He came right over to my place for an assesment/diagnosis and had my new water heater installed the next afternoon. I had an issue with my main drain that I initially had called another plumber to come fix. After waiting hours for the other guy, my husband pressed me to call someone else so that we could get it fixed before the end of the day on Friday and wouldn't be forced to pay weekend prices. When I reached Allen at 4pm, he was actually on his way to another job but said he would fit us in before the end of the day. Ten minutes later he called me and said he had spoken with his last customer and they were okay with waiting a short while so he could come snake our drain. He was cordial, polite and respectful

They have the best prices in the Dayton area and definitely under-charge for the exceptional work they provide.
