Services
I help people navigate the complexities of family law. My approach is to try and resolve matters amicably if possible because that usually results in less attorney fees and costs and happier clients. Sometimes, however, litigation is the best course of action, and so I also prepare to litigate. I find that a large part of my success lies in my experience and my perspective.
Karen was great at negotiating a settlement for terminating alimony in this difficult and complex case. She is definitely an attorney with integrity and the utmost of professionalism. Like most family law attorneys, I charge by the hour plus any expenses. I request a retainer fee which is paid in advance and placed into a client trust account and drawn upon as work is performed. I provide regular statements of work performed and request payment on the statement, replenishing the trust account balance.

I can’t say enough good things about Karen, she is an exceptional attorney and truly goes out of her way for her clients. It’s hard to find an attorney who listens and understands her clients and what they want to accomplish; she’s fair and thinks about the whole picture. Family law can be very stressful but not with Karen representing my family, we would of been lost without her experience and guidance. Our cases outcome went our way, I’m scared to even think what would of happened without Karen’s representation.

We are entangled in a family law situation involving our beloved grandaughter, who we had raised from infancy to one year. She is now 2, and suddenly we are being denied visitation.
