My hair always looks and feels amazing since discovering this salon. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Sarah is knowledgeable, always learning and improving her craft, and dedicated to making sure you feel good about your hair long after you leave. I couldn't go anywhere else!. Due to the length of service times and close proximity, all employees and guests are welcome to wear masks for as long as they feel comfortable doing so.

After dealing with a some-what botched coloring at another nearby salon, I stopped by this place as a desperate attempt to schedule an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in within the hour. I showed the stylist exactly what I wanted and she knew exactly the color I needed. My hair came out looking PERFECT and I believe I've found my new salon! The price to get is fixed was more than reasonable! Thanks so much again! You've saved the day!

Tara is amazing! I wish I hadn't waited so long to try lightening and then coloring my hair. Tara has taught me so much about keeping my fine hair healthy, that even brilliantly colored, it feels better than it ever had before! And she is a true artist with color...my dreams of having blue and purple hair are finally my reality, and I couldn't be happier. Everyone at Paradigm is friendly and knowledgeable...don't take your hair anywhere else!

I highly recommend. Maria cut my hair and was extremely professional, pleasant and made sure I was happy with what we were doing. I have long, fine, curly hair and am very happy with my experience. Morgan initially took care of washing and conditioning. She was very sweet, and very professional. I was impressed how informative she was, explaining the products she was using.
I will be recommending my family members to go to Paradigm.
