Incompetent: Ed Fitch advised that I would need to sell my deceased father's house within a certain time frame to avoid having it put in mine and my sister's name. In reality, I was not able to sell until AFTER this time frame. This error resulted in the sale falling through. I now know that this is pretty basic stuff that Ed botched.
Lack of attention to detail: When I received the small estate affidavit that Fitch and Neary prepared, it was riddled with errors and had clearly not been proof read: phone numbers with only 6 digits, duplicate sections, misspelled words.

I've had the opportunity to work with Ed Fitch for a number of years and now recently with Sean Neary both in a professional and personal matters. These guys are the only ones I trust. Andrew really came through for me. I had no idea what to expect. I was stressed out when I first came to Andrew. After speaking with him I had this weight lifted off my shoulders. Nothing good to say about this firm. Andrew is as unorganized as can be and does not communicate well at all. Billing at this firm is terrible as well. Used this firm for about nine months and only received a bill when we requested it.

Horrific experience. Family court with Andrew Fitch was a joke/circus. He did no work on my case and mixed up witnesses and questions. Absolutely unethical the whole office down to the front desk staff. Criminal is what they are doing to the community. None of these men are professional, ethical or should be in practice. Be ware, do research and take your money and time any where else.
