Made an appointment for a rental that was available and then closer to set date we ask if we’re still to meet at the set time only for her to tell us it’s been rented and she needs to cancel the appointment. She didn’t even message us to tell us it was rented we only found out because we messaged her.

I have been renting from Katie and Mike for over 9 years now and have nothing but praise for them. They are very quick to respond to issues that arise and also very caring. They understand how inconvenient things are when something happens and are right there to take care of any problems when needed. I have had other landlords, and none of them even come close to the Savidges.

Renting from Savidge Housing has always been a great experience! I rented from Savidge Housing for 3 years beginning in 2014. Recently I needed to find a place quickly and Katie was there in a pinch. She was very helpful and quickly found a great home for my dog and I in one of their townhomes. Both of the properties and I have rented from Savidge Housing have been well kept and maintained. One amenity I especially enjoy during the winter is snow removal. Katie is very quick to respond to any issues I have and is always pleasant to interact with. Katie and Michael are fantastic landlords. Our townhouse is unique, well-maintained, and bright. If there are any problems or repairs needed, they respond very quickly. We feel very fortunate to rent from landlords who care about their tenants comfort and situations. We have a beautiful yard, and even though we are only a stones throw from "the strip," it is a quiet and peaceful place to live. We would (and have!) highly recommended them to people who are looking.

When you make a walk thru make sure to write up everything that's not ok . If carpets have spots on them write it down or else you will pay for the carpets . They keep the security deposits from most people that have moved out for silly little things. At first they seem very nice but don't be fooled . When you move out you see a different person

First interactions are great with the savidges. Katie was super helpful and courteous when I had questions and concerns as I was a new renter... then it went downhill from there. I had to break my lease for a new job and if that's the ONE thing to not do with the Savidges, it's that. You will pay for your apartment until someone moves in. Sounds like a broken lease, right? They create random rules and fees and try to take as much money as possible from you. When you confront them about issues they get extremely defensive and unprofessional. If you can rent from literally anyone else in this area

We just recently purchased a home, but our time renting from Brandy was by far our best renting experience over the past four years. The property was very well kept when we moved in, and Matt was readily available anytime something came up, which was a major plus. We would definitely recommend to anyone seeking quality and well-kept rental property in the area!

Coming from the city I was initially impressed with the amount of space I could get for the money. Loved the location. However things just went downhill from there. When I toured the two bedroom town home there were normal windows and a washer/dryer. When I moved in I was told the washer and dryer were just for "staging." The windows on my unit cranked out so I could use my window A/C units, but had to buy an expensive wall air conditioning unit, and since there was only one jack it even wasn't enough to keep the place cool. Walls are super thin, hope you like your neighbors. You pay water but
