Stay away from these thieves! They stole $466 from our deposit when the contract wasn’t even finalized and we never moved in. Be careful what you sign because they make you sign a blank paper for the deposit and if you cancel they fill it up with charges and you end up not receiving the total amount of your deposit back. Worst experience we’ve ever had trying to rent a place. We lost some money but we’re grateful we canceled and we didn’t have to deal with them for a year.

Kyrsten has been my property manager and has done a great job! She even helped me while getting my property on the market. The folks who did the cleaning and repairs were professional and reliable. Kyrsten always dealt with my tenants in a professional. manner. I would gladly hire this firm again. Always honest and competent.

To start off, the maintenance guy showed up intoxicated once. Our property manager showed tons of bias, and was quick to show that she didn’t care much about the property. -which probably resulted in the overcharge of “move out damages” which was simply replacing light bulbs and driving in a few screws- Our first maintenance request wasn’t solved till a week and a half upon request, and the promised renovations never actually happened. I would never recommend this property management company to anyone.

So I started off hiring this company to manage my property. It barely was listed by the time I fired them and went to another company. It was vacant for multiple months because they said they were going to list it and didn't for a while, then when they did list it they didn't list it on the platforms they said they were going to list it on till we called them on it. After that they listing was atrocious. They used "HUGE" like 7 different times, had multiple typos and multiple errors on the listing like the fact that I would allow pets. After having to be so involved I told them I was going to go
