Mike Regan and team replaced a large two tier deck. Original deck was damaged by wind/tree. Mike is expert in working with insurance companies to ensure claim payout is appropriate. He's also great at working with you on material choices and design options. Offers great ideas but also listens to yours. Old deck demo and new deck construction were top notch. Teams were very hard working, very skilled, knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions and help understand how something was being done or going to look. Fantastic to work with. Overall outstanding experience. Would highly recommend

Regan Total Construction just removed our old deck and rebuilt it into an enclosed deck and screened porch. We could not be happier with the finished product and the service that they provided. They were all very professional and knowledgeable, from the beginning when Mike came out to discuss possibilities and give us a quote, all the way through the construction and the final inspection by the town. They came when they said they would, everyone worked hard to get things done, and their craftsmanship is excellent. And just as importantly, everyone was nice, and they were responsive to our questions

Regan Total Construction replaced all of our 14-year old decking and railings with TREX and we couldn't be happier with their work and the product! The team was awesome... on time, professional, very attentive to detail, and just generally nice guys. The quality of their work gives me confidence that this deck should last for a very long time. Mike (owner) was very professional and I was impressed by his proactive approach to providing any info on his business you would need to help with your decision. I don't give references readily but would gladly recommend contracting Regan Total Construction
